My role is to oversee and advise all departments and help everyone achieve our two main goals: 1) Maintain and solid relationship with our homeowners and keep them happy throughout the building of their dream and 2) administer the job from signing the contract through closing while maintaining a reasonable profit. All this while building some of the most spectacular homes in the Raleigh NC market.
