I direct and guide the data management systems across the Association. My ability to transition from paper concepts to a digital application allowed for greater staff productivity and increased efficiencies. I successfully communicated with various organizations and cross-functional teams to define best practices and ultimately design an educational training program for new and emerging leaders. My responsibilities include the oversight of IT staff, IT budgets and artifacts, and development of tools and training courses to continuously promote and improve employee knowledge. I established a dynamic social media presence across all major platforms, including websites, Facebook, and Twitter. I write bi-monthly column in our publication Today’s FDA.
