I’m an HR leader with more than 15 years of experience in both union and non-union environments. Throughout my career, I\'ve focused on aligning HR strategies with business goals to improve performance, retention, and employee satisfaction.I’ve had the opportunity to build HR departments from the ground up, transition company cultures, and drive operational improvements, such as reducing turnover and improving key performance metrics. I work closely with senior leadership, operations teams, and HR professionals to solve problems, foster positive work environments, and ensure compliance.I’m passionate about creating a culture of respect and support, where employees feel valued and empowered to do their best work. My proudest achievement has been turning around a distribution center\'s performance, bringing it from the bottom of the ranks to one of the top performers in key metrics.In my free time, I enjoy running and cooking, and I volunteer with the County North Children’s Center and the Junior League of Syracuse.
