What am I passionate about-Leading people and encouraging them to realize their true potential and achieve their goals-Finding optimization opportunities in processes-Supporting organizations and others through change-Navigating complex problems and finding solutions. Right now, I lead a team of Implementation Specialists at Morgan Stanley at Work. We partner with clients to drive forward technological and process oriented solutions for managing their global equity programs and participants. My team and I work directly with our clients to ensure that they feel supported on their journey through the change curve, while keeping their equity plan population top of mind. Prior to my time at Morgan Stanley, I worked in roles that highlighted my passion for people and my talent for analysis, systems implementation, compensation administration, and change management. I have an enthusiasm for data, process improvement, mentorship, relationship management and finding creative solutions to complicated problems. And yes, I love excel and a solid vlookup and/or IF statement.
