ABOUT LARISSA EASTMAN

Now based in Miami, Larissa Eastman graduated in May 2025 from Columbia College Chicago, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a minor in Fashion Studies. A first-generation college student and Honors Program graduate, Larissa consistently made the Dean’s List while working on her professional career. Larissa Eastman is now a Client Services Coordinator and CBRE and works with a team of retail brokers in commercial real estate. She was previously an Office Manager at RE/MAX Suburban. In this role, Larissa served as the central point of contact for agents and clients, managing a wide range of administrative and marketing functions. Her day-to-day responsibilities included preparing and updating MLS listings and marketing collateral, organizing open house materials, coordinating showings, processing contracts, and maintaining the office’s digital filing systems. She also created social media content, designed branded flyers, and helped brainstorm fresh marketing ideas to boost agent visibility and client engagement.In addition to her work at RE/MAX, Larissa Eastman has been a Fashion Design and Sewing Instructor at EV Fine Arts for almost 4 years, where her work is shaping the next generation. Her experience with managing a class of all different levels is displayed in her conflict management, problem solving and leadership skills. In her classroom she provides an experience that brings students together, benefits the community and allows a younger generation to interact with like-minded individuals in a way they never have before. It is obvious she takes pride in the environment she creates. The vast range of ages she works with conveys that she can work with a diverse audience and adhere to different needs based on the situation.
