I am a Pan American Games silver medalist (2019), former Team Canada athlete, and graduate of the Smith School of Business. My experiences in high-performance sport have instilled skills and qualities that I now carry into my professional journey.As a team captain at Western University and elected female athlete council member for the Canadian National Rowing Team, I developed a deep appreciation for leadership, teamwork, and commitment. Balancing a full academic course load with the demands of full-time training taught me the importance of time management, discipline, and strong executive functioning—foundations that continue to support my success.Living and competing at a high-performance level has shaped me to embrace intrinsic motivation, resilience, and the power of a positive mindset—qualities I am eager to bring into my next career chapter.
