About Larissa Minner
I am a passionate speaker and researcher dedicated to fostering accessible and neuro-affirming environments within organizations. With a strong commitment to empowering neurodivergent individuals, I strive to equip them with the tools and strategies necessary for success. I have had the privilege of providing training on neuro-inclusive environments to organizations like PayPal, where I facilitated valuable insights and strategies. Additionally, I have engaged with school correction officers, sharing my expertise on effective interactions with students with disabilities. I also train organizations on preventing Autistic burnout. These experiences have solidified my dedication to bridging the gap and driving positive change. My focus extends to reducing systemic discrimination, unemployment, and health inequity for neurodivergent people and individuals with disabilities. I use research, community engagement, and my own experiences as a dyspraxia, dyslexic, autistic ADHDer with anxiety and speech disabilities to advocate for change. As part of my ongoing efforts to advance healthcare, I am conducting a multi-award winning original research study on healthcare experiences through UT\'s ACT LEND. I invite autistic and non-autistic adults to participate by taking an anonymous online survey. By contributing to this study, you can help shape a more inclusive and effective healthcare system. To determine eligibility, please access the survey through this link: tiny.cc/ShapeStudy.
