As a proud RHIA and Lean Green Belt, I bring a strong foundation in health information management and operational excellence to the world of healthcare compliance. My journey—from leading cross-functional teams as a Branch Manager in Private Home Care to completing a dual HIM-MHSA program at KUMC—has been driven by a deep commitment to ethical, patient-centered care. Currently, I serve as a Compliance Coordinator at Children’s Mercy, where I manage enterprise compliance programs through SAI360, lead internal investigations, and support policy development and vendor oversight. I work closely with executive leadership to ensure our practices align with evolving regulations and uphold the highest standards of integrity and risk mitigation. My passion lies in navigating the intersection of healthcare, regulation, and ethics—especially within the pediatric space. I’m also proud to contribute to the broader healthcare community as Missouri’s ACHE Membership Co-chair and Fundraising Chair for NSOA.
