Responsible for leading the quality and compliance efforts for Charlotte County’s Healthy Start Coalition to assure a quality system of care for families receiving services. Ensures the Coalition’s service provider network receives adequate training and technical guidance to maintain compliance with funder requirements and performs successfully to meet expectations. Represent the Coalition in local community stakeholder meetings to promote the mission of the Coalition.Lead quality assurance and compliance efforts to ensure a high standard of care across subcontracted providers in alignment with Florida Healthy Start Standards and Guidelines.Conduct regular audits of client records and perform site monitoring visits to assess provider performance and adherence to contractual obligations.Develop and deliver training and technical assistance to providers on service delivery expectations, documentation practices, and program standards.Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual QA reports to identify service gaps, monitor trends, and drive continuous quality improvement.Represent the Coalition at local and statewide stakeholder meetings to promote maternal, infant, and child health initiatives.Facilitate data review and community action groups, contributing to the development and implementation of community engagement and outreach strategies.Assist with program evaluation and support dissemination of key findings and best practices to enhance provider performance and community outcomes.Support public health initiatives including smoking cessation, prenatal care, parenting education, breastfeeding support, and maternal mental health.Ensure compliance with HIPAA and uphold professional standards in all community-facing activities.
