ABOUT LARISA TATARCAN
Having entered the tech industry by chance back in 2004, fresh out of university with an economical degree, I never imagined my entire career would be built in this sector. My Atos journey has been an incredible adventure, having held various global leadership positions, such as: establishing and overseeing global operations across 3 countries for one of our biggest clients, focusing on their critical SAP systems and heading up Workplace Services for our German customers, steering a team of 1700+ dedicated experts to deliver exceptional services. In 2018 I transitioned from roles in Operations to Strategy, helping to shape the company\'s long-term vision. In recent years I\'ve had the privilege of leading the CEO Office for Atos Tech Foundations business line, managing organization-wide programs and several initiatives advocating Diversity, Equity & Inclusion across our business. A key achievement was creating the first global diversity strategy back in 2023. As a Women in Tech Excellence Award nominee, I’m passionate about encouraging the younger generation – especially young women – to explore careers in tech, no matter their educational background. This path has led me to my current role as Head of Accounts and Sales Experience within the leadership team of the Group Growth Office. My personal motto? Be bold, nurture curiosity, prioritize learning and (most importantly) celebrate your successes.
