Today, we serve over Greater Boston families through 30 facilities and programs — providing greater independence and longevity to a diversity of individuals.• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish effective recruitment strategies for sourcing for a variety of positions.• Market open positions utilizing both internal and external resources • Source and review resumes online, phone screen candidates, and interview candidates. • Coordinate interview schedules between hiring manager, HR and candidates.• Develop a continuous pipeline of candidates.• Extend job offers to candidates• Navigate pre-employment background check by working with candidates to submit their information to swift check and completing the Cori form. Ensure pre-employment background screens are complete and satisfactory. • Coordinate with hiring manager to schedule start date and orientation. • Work with HR Manager to ensure all applicant new hire paperwork is completed. • Assist HR department with additional recruitment efforts as requested.
