Organised a seven days company offsite event for 90 participants (employees and partners) from eight countries, including scheduling the program, location scouting and negotiating travel and meal arrangements, while remaining in the mid-six-figures budget that was created by me and aligned with the C-Level- Creating global and local company events (virtually and on-site) resulting in higher employee engagement, sense of unity and building stronger teams- Holding a key role in the global leadership team- Instrumental in boosting the eNPS score by tenfold within one year (from a score of 5 to 50)- Successfully implemented and oversaw the rollout of an HRIS software to streamline human resources processes resulting in a time saving of 30% for employees and my work- Innovated concepts for cultivating a multicultural work environment, developing new policies, and organising activities to promote cultural integration within the company- Serving as the primary point of contact and guide for employees, managers and the C-Level, offering support and navigation through various HR-related matters- Managing employee administration tasks such as drafting employment agreements, maintaining documentation, overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes.Management style: proactive, motivating and fostering engagement among global and local team members
