The Community Center Director will have leadership responsibility for all Operations activities andservices, such as:Provide day-to-day leadership and management of the BRCC that mirrors the adopted purpose,vision and values of BRC.Inspire, develop and lead a high performance team; mentor direct reports to utilize projectmanagement systems, create and hold accountable to key performance indicators (KPIs) and cultivate skills and increase knowledge of the interrelationship between departmentsBuild and promote the importance of a Christ-centered culture in the organization.Collaborate with the Executive Director to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and people/human capital.Guide, drive and support the organization to generate, achieve and surpass earned income, cashflow and business goals through superior operational efficiency and effectiveness.Continually monitor and measure the effectiveness of all operational processes internally and externally through KPIs. Provide timely, accurate and detailed reports on the operating condition of the organization. Present results clearly and provide the “why” and path forward for anyperformance gaps.Lead the development, communication, and implementation of effective operational and continuous improvement processes in support of growth strategies.Act as lead \"Client-Care Officer\" through direct contact with families, members, partners andother users. Able to manage difficult or emotional partner situations, responds promptly to partner and customer needs, and continually solicits feedback.Foster a success-oriented, results-driven and accountability-based environment within thecompany. Provides mentoring and guidance to subordinates and other associates.Proactively seek being knowledgeable of industry trends, competitors and all aspects of BRCC’s market and industry.Direct the development and implementation of personnel policies and plans.
