Strong program and project management professional with a BSEE focused in Electrical Engineering from Chicago Technical College.More than forty years’ experience in the Electric Utility Industry, including over forty years of Fossil and Nuclear Power Station design, substation design and construction experience for DTE Energy. Technical specialties include electrical power distribution system design, electrical and controls logic and schematic development, DCS/PLC system design, installation, and startup, electrical-physical equipment layout and design, Class-1E (Nuclear) raceway system design, controls and instrumentation component specification, and extensive “hands-on”, production experience in computer-aided design. Additional areas of expertise include EPC Project engineering and construction outage planning, construction management, extensive plant walk-down program experience and team supervision, development of “standard plant” construction design manuals for electrical power station conceptual design, substation design, and expertise of the Configuration Management Process is extensive.
