ABOUT LARA BAUER
I am currently studying the Masters program Sales Management at the Ruhr University Bochum. Before that, I successfully completed my Bachelor\'s degree in Politics and Public Administration at the University of Konstanz and wrote a very good Bachelor\'s thesis on the leadership motivation of women. During my Bachelor\'s degree, my career goals shifted to other subject areas due to various working student activities and my own interests. This is why I actively decided for the Sales Management Master\'s program and am now studying a subject that suits me 100%. I really appreciate the opportunity that I have been given with the acceptance to this Master\'s program to expand my existing knowledge and to deal even more extensively with the subject matter, which I perceive as very exciting. That\'s why I\'m looking forward to the exchange on this platform!
