Currently serve the Air Force in two capacities, Civilian and Reserves. In my Military role I am the Director of our Equal Opportunity office and Equal Opportunity Specialist in my Civilian Full-Time position.My current professional pursuit is furthering my education by seeking an Applied Mathematics degree. As far as a future role, I have two paths of interest at the current moment. One would be staying in the realm of the people business and seeking a role synonymous in duties to a People Partner. The other path would be along the lines of Computational Science, Back-End Engineer, and/or Application Engineer.

   Department of the Air Force (DAF) Civilian, Hanscom AFB, MAEqual Opportunity Specialist (GS-0260-11)| Dec 2024 – PresentServes as a primary advisor on all civilian Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) matters for a diverse workforce of civilian employees, military members, and leadership within the 66th Air Base Group and tenant units.Provides expert guidance and counseling to employees and management regarding their rights and responsibilities under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Rehabilitation Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and the No FEAR Act.Conducts pre-complaint counseling and offers Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and mediation to resolve workplace disputes at the earliest possible stage, successfully resolving over 80% of informal inquiries.Processes formal EEO complaints, conducts impartial inquiries, and prepares comprehensive Reports of Investigation (ROIs) for review by higher headquarters and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).Develops and facilitates mandatory EEO training for all civilian and military personnel, including sessions on sexual harassment prevention, reasonable accommodations, and building an inclusive workplace.
