The courage to do what is necessary, and the compassion to care for the people who must walk through the change.The past 20+ years have given me a front-row seat to many phases of transformation, uncertainty, and growth in organizations. I’ve worked with, coached, and mentored amazing people from across continents and cultures.Working as a HR leader alongside diverse executives has deepened my expertise in how leadership, culture, and conversations shape the way people navigate and leverage change. It has also strengthened my passion for helping people build resilience; not as the ability to simply endure difficult moments, but to learn, adapt, and move forward with renewed purpose.I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and have served on the Board of the ICF Bengaluru Charter Chapter. Coaching continues to remind me that leadership begins with self-awareness, curiosity, and the willingness to reflect.I work with leaders through executive coaching, leadership mentoring, resilience and inclusion programs, HR advise and speaking engagements.
