I currently work as End-to-End Process Development Manager in the Strategy & Development team at UPM Communication Papers. I lead the ValueFlow program, a cross-functional initiative aiming at harmonizing, documenting and optimizing our business processes across the entire value chain.What I enjoy most is the opportunity to shape transformation collaboratively—bringing people together, aligning on a shared vision, and translating complexity into clear, actionable structures. I’m learning a lot about change leadership, stakeholder engagement, and how to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic execution. It’s a role that challenges and inspires me every day.
