I\'m Lara Khazzouh, and I\'m on a journey to learn more about the field of Marketing. I\'m excited about utilizing my abilities and knowledge to have a significant influence in the industry, which is why I\'m now getting a Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing at Florida State University. I\'ve been fortunate to get first-hand experience in the field of social media marketing. I developed my marketing expertise while working for a clothing company, where I was given responsibility for their Shopify platform and played a crucial part in developing an entertaining website that accurately captured the essence of the company. In addition to managing the online storefront, I was also in charge of all social media channels. I took on the challenge of creating engaging stories and images, establishing connections with clients, and strategically advertising my work. As I continue to grow and learn in my marketing journey, I\'m excited about the endless possibilities that lie ahead.

   During my time at Masa, I manage all aspects of venue operations to ensure seamless and successful events. This includes sourcing and booking venues, negotiating contracts, coordinating logistics such as set-up, breakdown, vendor management, managing budgets, and overseeing venue needs on event days. I coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to make sure every detail is aligned from layout and technical requirements to guest experience. With strong communication, attention to detail, and a problem solving mindset, I help make events at Masa Global both memorable for members and on time with schedule.
