I’m currently working as a Process Excellence Manager at ITC Limited, where I lead a team of 15 managers to ensure quality production and operational excellence at ITC’s largest tobacco manufacturing unit.Previously, I worked as a Project Manager at ITC Head Office, where I strategized the company’s RE100 roadmap, developed long-term sustainability investment plans, and drove several high-impact central projects, including traceability solutions, Industry 4.0 initiatives, and AI-driven process optimization.I bring a strong technical foundation combined with structured problem-solving, data analytics, and leadership experience, having delivered measurable impact through process improvements, digitalization, and cross-functional execution.Being part of the Entrepreneurship Cell at IIT Madras sparked my deep interest in startups and innovation, and I look forward to contributing to fast-paced, mission-driven environments that value technology, strategy, and scalable growth.
