I am a strategic leader and programmes expert with over 15 years of experience in the UK and international charity sector. I specialise in designing and delivering meaningful place-based programmes, with additional expertise in strategy development, partnership working, needs analysis, and reporting. I love working collaboratively and using people-centered approaches. I have successfully worked with individuals and teams to deliver complex adult-learning and community-based initiatives.
