About Larae Neal

LaRae’ focuses her practice in general liability, products liability and business litigation. She has managed cases from inception to final resolution in an array of product liability, premises liability and professional liability matters. She has also handled issues surrounding contractual indemnification provisions and advised clients on insurance claims.She has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, from pretrial through trial preparation to appeals, in both state and federal court. Her practice has included defending companies that manufacture and distribute prescription medical devices. LaRae’ has also defended clients in contract disputes, construction defect litigation and employment matters.During law school, LaRae’ also completed internships where she handled matters related to intellectual property and medical device safety. Before joining Shook, LaRae’ worked at a Greater Philadelphia firm.
