I\'m a driven, results-oriented leader with over 12 years of experience managing complex, high-impact projects focused on health, education, youth development, livelihoods, and child protection. My passion lies in creating meaningful, positive change through strategic partnerships, effective program management, and community empowerment.Throughout my career, I\'ve worked with diverse international donors, country agencies, and community-based organizations across Africa to improve outcomes in adolescent health, HIV/AIDS treatment and prevention, and education. I\'ve successfully led initiatives from inception to implementation, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budget while fostering impactful partnerships.Key accomplishments include- Successfully managed a Government of Canada grant for Community -led organizations in Uganda and Kenya, resulting in improved mental health outcomes- Led the development and implementation of 6 youth hubs, providing over vulnerable adolescent girls and boys with safe spaces- Oversaw funding partnerships with 98 community-based organizations across 14 African countries, strengthening partnerships and driving impactful results- Achieved over 80% of targets and deliverables for donor-funded adolescent health projects within time, scope, and budget- Built and led a cross-functional team of 8 Program Managers, Monitoring and Evaluation Officers, and Project Officers, enhancing efficiency and performance.My expertise includes program management and coordination, donor engagement, financial management, capacity building, mentoring, and coaching.
