I have had the wonderful opportunity to collaborate and partner with diverse teams and organisations from fast paced FinTech startups to Global Investment Banking. I\'ve focus on driving change and creating value and now sit at the intersection of operations, product delivery, and client experience - turning strategy into scalable business models.I project/product managed one of the first mobile virtual cards in South Africa and the United States, which won Paybefore Awards of Best Virtual or Mobile Prepaid Application, and, Most Innovative Prepaid Program.I took a key role in programme managing the transformation of a Nasdaq listed business from a proprietary card technology to supporting the global standard EMV (Euro, Mastercard, and Visa)- fundamental to winning a £500 million (R10 billion) national social grants payment contract in South Africa.I led programme management of an M&A deal to acquire a Card Solutions business in the UK for a global FinTech, integrating the business and the team, which led to a successful $70 million investment round, and was chosen by the ExCo as the Global Operations representative on the organisations Leadership Committee. I now lead a team enabling the business across Europe, the Middle-East and Africa.
