Highly accomplished physician with extensive and successful leadership experience within complex academic health systems on three continents. Recognized internationally as a pediatric critical care physician with expertise in cardiovascular physiology, extracorporeal life support and long term outcomes after critical illness, and as an innovator and pioneer in developing new models of care delivery that advance both science and patient care. A strong team builder who raised the clinical, academic, and international profile of her division and department while nurturing a culture of professional camaraderie, collaboration, trust and engagement.
