Create, implement, and manage cross-functional Standard Operating Procedures for approx. 1.5 Million Square Feet of Class-A Life Sciences Real Estate space in the San Francisco Bay Area Support prominent Life Sciences tenants in their occupational utilization of multi-tenant laboratory spaces Prepare and manage property budgets for 25+ life science tenants Collaborate with executive-level management to identify and mitigate both financial and operational risks Run meetings with internal and external stakeholders to justify and clarify operational costs and CapEx projects Manage relationships between Tenants, On-Site Lab Ops, Vendors, Security, On-Site Engineering, and Construction Transition all relevant properties from Real Estate Development and Construction teams to Asset Management Produce swift remedies to daily, weekly and long-term critical issues that arise within scope of building systems, tenant & vendor relations, finance & accounting, event planning and implementation, and all notable building operations
