As the leader of Global Strategic Business Communication for Mars, I help advance the strategic priorities of our business through facilitating discussions among leadership and engaging our Associates around the world.Over my career, I have honed experience in communications, reputation, process improvement and program management.    Lara leads the Global Strategic Business Communications practice at Mars including Executive, Leadership and Change communication as well as communication to all Mars Associates. She leads a team of communicators that drive internal communications and activations around the Mars Purpose and Brand; bring the Mars business strategy to life with senior leaders and all Mars Associates; manage our internal digital communications channels, and build capabilities in internal communications across the business. Lara also leads the Mars Community Engagement and Philanthropy Strategy including disaster relief. Additionally, Lara works closely with the Mars Board of Directors, CEO and Global Mars Leadership Team on driving their strategic priorities. She ensures there is engagement and communication between the business and family owners.
