Direct and partner with clinical leadership in a Triad model to ensure the efficient and effective operations of 5 ambulatory practices, a 24-hour Tele-Stroke and Neurohospitalist team that covers 13 hospitals with 40+ providers (MD, NP, PA, PsyD). I provide overall supervision of 3 Practice Managers, 2 Assistant Practice Managers, and approximately 100 FTEs in total, including practice staff with oversight of all aspects of operations, including customer service, budget, risk management, and compliance with organizational and ambulatory care policies, regulations, and standards of care. Develops and executes a strategic plan that aligns with the organizational objectives related to staffing, employee development, performance management, customer service/satisfaction, service delivery, quality, revenue enhancement, expense control, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and facilities management. I am accountable for monitoring and engaging team members and other resources to improve financial performance, quality, patient experience, and team member performance.
