About Lap Yan

I have worked on 3 -$1billion projects over my career and anther project worth $900 million. These projects were complex from a construction and logistical viewpoint. But the projects that I am most proud of are the projects that impact people on an individual level. Projects such as hospitals, schools and community centers. I am proud to be the director of capital construction for the town of Brookline, Ma where we are building a new k-8 middles school that will educate the next generation of scholars, writers, engineers, architects, scientist. As well as a few finance and tech bros.I am open to consulting and fantastic opportunities if the project/position fits the employer and me.
