An experienced IT (security) leader with a broad range of experience in Business IT Governance, Technical Security Management, Operational audits, IT Risk Management, Budgeting, Co-Sourcing, Global Supply Chain (Factory Robustification), IT-Audit Tooling implementation, system process improvements, ERP implementations,(J-) Sox, IT forensics, and Project Management.Started my career at Deloitte, leading and performing Audits and Information Security Management System (ISMS) projects across organizations in the private sector (Shell, Philips, Mitsui, and others). Continued at JTI as Team Manager Internal Audit, Technical Security Centre Director, and Local IT Hub Lead.Currently responsible for the definition, implementation, and orchestration of the Technical Security Centre strategy, organization, processes, delivery model, and services. Also responsible for 280+ IT professionals in Manila, promoting a sense of belonging, fostering camaraderie between colleagues, and supporting sustainable growth (target 300+) in our (Digital & ) IT hub.As a leader, people-oriented, action-driven, and focused on results. As a line manager, coaching and developing direct reports towards achieving goals.The educational background and certifications include Master of Science (MSc) in Informatics and Economics with a specialization in Business and ICT; Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT); and various leadership training from LBS and INSEAD, among others.
