I prepare & present periodic (monthly/quarterly/annual) divisional & company reports/financial updates not limited to P&L, profitability, balance sheet/cash flows, CAPEX reports, etc, to the Senior Leadership Team Lead whole process for the preparation of financial budgets, as well as budget to actual reporting, forecasting, activities for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Board reporting I oversee the annual audit process as well as review internal/external audit matters, managing all relationships with accounting firms, preparation & support for all audit related filings not limited to management discussion and analysis, earnings releases, etc. at the company & consolidated levels I perform analysis of monthly financial performance across nine (9) divisions as well as variance reporting, provide updates on risks & opportunities to current plan, budget/forecast, advising management on key metrics & plan I own the comprehensive development & preparation of the divisional & consolidated annual budgets/forecasts across all nine (9) divisions of the business I write finance/accounting policies & procedures to ensure process optimization & workflow efficiency, oversee controls and compliance Partner with the Senior Leadership Team on various corporate initiatives, including special projects, new program development, supporting and monitoring departmental annual plans, budgets and reporting to funders Work with the CEO and Executive team to monitor compliance with terms of grants and loans and assists with reporting to funders I manage transformation projects such as ERP selection & implementation, support the business in recruiting, developing, coaching, & evaluating direct and indirect reports as well as other adhoc duties
