My task involves implementing Nextflow pipelines based on nf-core/Sarek for somatic variant calling in ovarian cancer whole genome sequencing (WGS) data. I\'m utilizing the nf-core/Sarek pipeline, which incorporates containerized bioinformatics tools (including Mutect2, Streka, controlfreec SnpEff, and VEP) to ensure reproducible variant detection and functional annotation. I\'m collaborating with other team members to perform variant interpretation and experimental validation of our findings
