SG (\"Strong Girls\") United Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nationwide nonprofit organization whose mission is to empower girls to be strong, confident, and resilient. We believe in the power of sport and physical activity combined with mental health and wellbeing activities to unlock the potential of girls and young women. We partner with college female athletes to empower them to coach and mentor youth girls through Strong Girls U (teams for underserved girls in their direct area) and FAM (Female Athlete Mentorship - a 1:1 mentoring program matching K-8th grade girls with a college female athlete for the year). We also provide programming and support for our collegiate female athletes throughout the year. Other programs include community events and a free book club open to all, featuring books written by female athletes.
