Co-Founded and launched company and serve as Executive Director • Drive company strategy, working with Board to set strategy and primarily accountable for successful execution of strategy • Oversee work of a team of interns, contractors, vendors, professional services companies, employee, board and volunteers • Worked with Lawyers to set up company entity and legal structure and apply for/ receive 501c3 Non-Profit status and establish company bylaws • Drive fundraising strategy and goals and execute fundraising plans including donor solicitation, grants and live pitches to Foundation Directors and High Net Worth Individuals and facilitate meetings with C-level executives of large corporations • Set financial policies and budgets and oversee bookkeepers and CPAs • Manage great working relationships with schools, districts and youth programs; working with Superintendents and Principals to implement our programs • Develop and oversee Social Media, Website and Marketing Strategy • Work with Founder to develop all content for our 12 courses (life skills for teens including Mindset, Identity, Emotional Intelligence, Workplace success and Money Mindset) • Successfully delivered program (on aggressive timeline and under budget) to convert 6 of our classroom courses to eLearning and led weekly video conferences with students and their work supervisors for an internship program conducted virtually for the first time • Recruit volunteers and oversee their work assignments and schedule • Conduct classroom training in various schools and programs in San Antonio and Dallas • Design, Develop, Deliver Online Training Modules
