As the Eagle Fit Program Manager, I lead the strategy and execution of Team RWB’s digital fitness and wellness ecosystem. I design, build, and continuously improve Eagle Fit Challenges, Activity Group programming, and the Performance Hub to drive disciplined habits, sustained engagement, and long-term member retention across the Digital Garrison (app.)I recruit, train, and coach a national force of volunteer Activity Group Leaders, equipping them to deliver inclusive, motivating, mission-aligned programming for veterans of every fitness level. I work shoulder-to-shoulder with In-Person Engagement, Technology, Marketing & Communications, and Development to ensure our digital programming strengthens in-person connection and amplifies our mission.At the end of the day, my role is simple: make sure no veteran or member stands alone. No matter their location, every member should have access to consistent, credible, and motivating fitness and wellness experiences that build connection, purpose, and an enriched life. With over three decades of experience in the financial industry, having worked with Fortune 500 companies, I bring a wealth of expertise. My professional journey includes earning Series 7, 66, 9, and 10 certifications, along with numerous accolades for exceptional customer service, and teamwork. I am recognized as a dedicated leader and team player, guided by the principle of treating others as I would like to be treated. I carry that same guiding principle in supporting colleagues, volunteer leaders, and the members of Team RWB.
