I lead complex hardware programs for AI and cloud infrastructure, with a focus on rack-scale systems, liquid cooling, and new product introduction.My experience spans server and rack architecture, thermal/mechanical development, cross-functional execution, supplier coordination, validation, and deployment readiness. I work across engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and partners to bring complex infrastructure from concept to production.I have led first-of-kind programs involving liquid-cooled AI platforms, rack integration, power and cable design, qualification, and customer-driven requirements management. My strength is turning ambiguous, high-risk hardware efforts into structured execution plans with clear tradeoffs, ownership, and delivery paths.Core areas: AI infrastructure, rack-scale hardware, liquid cooling, thermal/mechanical systems, NPI, supplier management, validation, and cross-functional program leadership.
