WAN LARGE PROJECT IMPLEMENTATIONS • Responsible for the cross-functional program management, end-to-end process design, network planning, and service delivery enablement for a 1,300 store/60 market MPLS lit fiber service for the world’s largest retail/grocery operation. • Provide leadership and guidance across 4 Regions to the implementation of the program roadmap, best practices, lessons learned, procedures, and project standards and controls. Collaborate with remote market teams to facilitate project launch, customer kick-off calls, project resourcing, training, and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring. • Design and deploy project toolkits and ensure processes are optimized. Collaborate w/ Operations to ensure post-install operational data is identified, captured and properly stored in system document repositories. • Facilitate weekly internal and customer network delivery meetings and ensure project team members are adhering to scope and delivery intervals. Identify and track risks, dependencies, deliverables, and contractual commitments. • Manage carrier “Rooftop Wireless” proposals, installation configurations, approvals, and implementations.
