Currently working as Project Manager for the Digital Learning Campus (Lernort Lübeck) to bring #FutureSkiils to the citizens of Lübeck. The DLC is an innovative use of an old department store full of interesting digital offers and concepts by Lübeck‘s universities, schools and the Offener Kanal (public broadcasting). Furthermore I am working as freelancer/consultant with schools, Schulträger, exhibitions and companies in the education space. As Online Safety and Digital Literacy/Skills are still a focus for my work, I can found as a presenter at conference and talking to parents and pupils on school. I am always looking for interesting projects around digital transformation of schools. Working with staff, pupils and school leadership. Available for staff training, seminars, talks and conferences. Passionate about digital teaching and learning as well as Online Safety. I have led Digital Transformation Teams in three schools involving Infrastructure, Pedagogy and Skills Development. Implemented part of the Microsoft Transformational Framework as well as utilising Digital Strategy Briefing notes from the ISC Digital Group. Developing digital skills amongst staff has been a key aspect of our technology journey. More than 90% of staff at Queen Anne\'s School are now Microsoft Innovative Educators (MIE), 20 are MIE Experts, two are Trainers and Master Trainers and two completed the Microsoft Certified Educator Course MCE (21st Century Learning). Achieved Microsoft Showcase School status four times with Queen Anne\'s School 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 Recently worked with 20 schools - four Microsoft Incubator Schools. Also lead in the MAT Accelerator Programme. Prepared an extensive Digital Apprenticeship Programme within the Alpha Plus Group through Primary Goal. AI in Education is developing into a major area of interest. Working with staff and students to understand the opportunities that are possible.
