Executive Advisory: Providing the CIO with clear evaluations of infrastructure proposals, emphasizing risk, scalability, and operational impact.Account Strategy: Utilize AWS Organizations for a secure, governed multi-account setup for maintaining centralized control over security and costs.Technology Evaluation: Assessing new services such as AWS Bedrock and container platforms for fit, security, and readiness prior to broader adoption.Well-Architected Reviews: Conducting regular AWS Well-Architected Framework assessments to optimize costs, performance, and reliability in existing workloads.
