Hi, I\'m Lan! I have over a decade of experience in specialized technical (and nontechnical) full lifecycle recruiting, excelling at sourcing within fast-paced high growth-mode environments, with a large focus on hard-to-fill niche roles. I have recruited on all levels from junior all the way up to C level in software engineering, product and design. I have scaled companies from small startups to mega corporations.
