Juvenile Set Aside Project: I represent incarcerated youth on post-adjudication review, moving to set aside their juvenile adjudications where their rights have been violated. I also supervise two clinic students working on the project.Ramos Project: I help incarcerated Oregonians impacted by Oregon\'s non-unanimous jury rule obtain post-conviction relief pursuant to Ramos v. Louisiana, the April 2020 U.S. Supreme Court decision finding convictions via non-unanimous jury verdicts unconstitutional. I also train and mentor law students and assist PCR attorneys across Oregon with Ramos litigation.
