Direct the Emergency Management and Fire and Emergency Services Administration concentrations in an on-line BAAS degree program for public safety professionals seeking to advance into leadership, management and administrative positions. Duties include:Course development/improvement and instruction, overall program management, student recruiting and retention and budgetary stewardship. Develop collaborative relationships with community college programs to provide an educational ladder for students. Recruit, hire and supervise adjunct faculty.Counsel, advise and mentor students considering, entering, participating in or who have completed the degree. Consult on the university\'s emergency preparedness plan and exercises.Consult with local and state emergency managers, public safety organizations and private enterprises.
