Create and manage a comprehensive audit/review process for policies, procedures, and guidelines pertinent to academic and student affairs. Collaborate with internal staff, 16 colleges, and external partners to identify and prioritize the compliance monitoring agenda for the division of Academics, Student Affairs, and Research. Establish routine processes and written work procedures as determined by the compliance monitoring agenda. Focus areas include, but are not limited to, dual enrollment, program evaluation, regional accreditation (SACSCOC), and federal regulations such as ADA/Accommodations and Title IX. Conduct on-site compliance and technical assistance visits.Develop a yearly training calendar to complement existing training activities withinthe division. Design sessions to inform faculty and staff about compliance monitoring,policies, procedures, and practices in technical and community colleges (e.g, DualEnrollment, Job Placement, Financial Aid, ADA, Title IX, SACSCOC). Identify areas oftraining needs, secure presenters, and coordinate participation of college faculty andstaff.
