I am a writer, author, and mental health advocate based near Baltimore, Maryland. I began my career as a high school English and middle school ELA and AVID teacher in Washington, D.C, and Baltimore County, Maryland, dedicating seven years to education before transitioning to writing and advocacy. As a mental health advocate, I have been open about my own experiences, particularly following a mental health crisis in February 2021.
