In this role, I perform objective and subjective tire evaluations on vehicles ranging from compact cars to full-size trucks. I am responsible for test logistics and organization in addition to performing the tests and documenting the results. I plan test events with support personnel and tire designers so tests are executed efficiently and safely. I handle risk mitigation and assessments of each test I perform as well as new test procedures that I develop with the Vehicle Dynamics team. I have gained experience working directly with automotive OEM\'s as primary customers. As an example, I was the lead driver for the RAM TRX program and used my extensive off-road experience to help SRT develop a high-performance off-road truck package. I am also responsible for the continuous improvement and maintenance of my own driver training as well as training new drivers on proper test procedures, driving techniques, and safety practices.
