About Lane Sheer
I started with The Preiss Company while I was still attending NC State. I started part-time and worked my way up through multiple departments, gaining valuable knowledge about the company and the industry. In my current role as Vice President ofProperty Operations, I manage a team of specialists and work with them to understand the hurdles our sites face and how to best overcome them. I oversee manage our property management platforms and 3rd party software platforms, as well as provide support and training to our entire portfolio. In my free time, I enjoy rooting for my Ohio State Buckeyes and traveling to new places!
