   In my role as Coordinator of Product Development for the men’s ready-to-wear outlet category, I support the development process to deliver high-quality, design-focused garments that align with the brand’s standards while meeting margin goals and adhering to strict timelines. My responsibilities include: • Sample Management: Reviewing prototypes and samples at all key milestones to ensure alignment with the design vision and technical specifications tailored for the men’s RTW outlet market. • Material Sourcing: Partnering with the Materials team to procure sampling materials specific to men’s RTW designs, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality. • Data & Tools Management: Executing, maintaining, and updating critical data in platforms like ecVision to track development progress and manage milestones efficiently. • Global Collaboration: Managing daily communications with the Asia Product Development (PD) team to address sampling, approvals, and production concerns, ensuring seamless alignment across teams. • Approval Process Oversight: Facilitating the resolution of pending items and driving the approval process to maintain a smooth workflow from development to commercialization within the outlet category. • Proactive Issue Resolution: Identifying potential delays or challenges unique to the outlet market and escalating concerns to management while driving timely solutions to keep development on track.This role allows me to focus on the nuances of the men’s RTW outlet category, blending my product development expertise with a deep understanding of the demands for value-driven, high-quality apparel.
