Morgan’s Private Bank.Before business school, Lane built his career as a nonprofit leader, community organizer, and management consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he supported multiple U.S. federal agencies including the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and Center of Disease Control (CDC) and earned a Top-Secret security clearance. After interning at the Department of State, he began his professional journey as a community organizer, bringing together constituents, businesses, faith leaders, and local organizations to strengthen shared communities. He later chaired the board of Historic Westside Gardens, advancing food equity in underserved urban neighborhoods.

Support $200mm impact investment fund at social impact focused alternative investment firm providing venture capital, private credit, convertible notes, preferred equity, and mezzanine debt to businesses serving marginalized communities, and empowering growth and positive change in historically underfunded communities through public-private partnerships (P3s) and institutional investor relationships.Build financial models, draft investment memos, conduct credit underwriting, perform due diligence and advise on deal capital structure formation by analyzing financial statements, monitoring financial/operational performance of portfolio companies, industry dynamics, management teams, and company risk profile.
