A fast paced career with the Resnick Automotive Group, beginning March 2004 until present day. With only six months sales experience, I was promoted to department manager. Since then, my career has seen exponential growth, ultimately leading to the General Manager position. My highly engaged approach and empowering nature has helped me thrive with each new challenge. Evaluating operational processes and designing lean creative alternatives keep me and the business I run, mobile and able to constantly adapt to market shifts and trends. Taking great pride in my ability to always advocate for change in both personnel and process has kept me a leader amongst my peers. Creating an environment where staff remains motivated and visions aligned is key to my management style. At Midtown Toyota, we have achieved successes that had never before been attained. I will always advocate for change that inspires us to remain at the forefront of our industry. Change is coming faster than ever and I am excited for the journey ahead, wherever that may lead. Just because it hasn’t been done, should never be a reason not to try now!
