I am a certified residential real estate appraiser and the owner of Acadiana Appraisals & Consulting, LLC, specializing in serving the Acadiana region of Louisiana. Throughout my career spanning since 2013, I have successfully completed over 4,500 real estate appraisals, showcasing my extensive experience across diverse property types. From detached single-family homes and townhouses to condominiums, 2-4 family housing, manufactured homes, drive-by appraisals, and vacant land, I possess a comprehensive understanding of the local market and its intricacies.
